Designerom is operated as a sole proprietorship by Om Sunilbhai Vaghela, based in India.
By accessing our website or using our design subscription services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Overview
Designerom provides subscription-based design services, including UI/UX design and Framer development, depending on the plan selected.
All services are provided on a monthly subscription basis, not as one-time projects.
2. Subscription & Payments
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe)
Prices are subject to change, but existing subscribers will be notified in advance
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services
3. Pause, Cancel & Refund Policy
You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime
Pausing stops work but preserves remaining subscription time
No refunds are provided for partial months unless explicitly stated
Promotional refunds or trials (if any) are governed by their specific terms
4. Scope of Work
Work is limited to the scope defined by your active subscription plan
Requests outside the plan scope may be declined or require an upgrade
Only the number of active requests allowed by your plan will be worked on at a time
Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees
5. Revisions
Unlimited revisions are available within the scope of the original request
Major changes or entirely new requests must be submitted as new tasks
Feedback must be consolidated for efficient delivery
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final design deliverables become your property
Designerom retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing unless otherwise agreed
Drafts, concepts, and unused ideas remain the property of Designerom until finalized
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide clear requirements and feedback
Respond in a timely manner to avoid delays
Ensure you have rights to any content, assets, or materials you provide
8. Communication
Primary communication occurs via the designated workspace (e.g., Notion)
Support hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (IST)
We aim to respond within 24 business hours
9. Limitations of Liability
Designerom is not liable for:
Business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages
Delays caused by incomplete information or late feedback
Third-party tool outages or platform limitations
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Terms are violated
Abusive, unethical, or unlawful behavior occurs
Payment obligations are not met
11. Third-Party Tools
Designerom may use third-party tools for:
Payments
Communication
Project management
We are not responsible for issues caused by these third-party services.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of Designerom after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
