This Refund Policy applies to Designerom, operated as a sole proprietorship by Om Sunilbhai Vaghela, based in India.

At Designerom, we offer monthly subscription-based design services. Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing.

No Refunds on Subscription Payments

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a billing cycle starts, we do not provide refunds for unused time, partial usage, or unused design requests.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
After cancellation:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period

You will not be charged again

No refund will be issued for the current billing cycle

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases such as:

Duplicate charges

Technical errors caused by our billing system

Any such request must be sent within 7 days of the charge.
